Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application
The following Terms and Conditions govern the terms for the use of the services provided by CO-CO (hereinafter referred to as “CO-CO”). These terms apply to all customers who use the services of CO-CO, in particular for the booking of CO-living and CO-working services.

2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by CO-CO. The customer must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. Payment for the services must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.


3. Cancellation Policy
a) For CO-living and CO-working bookings (only single bookings, for companies and retreats look at 3b), the following cancellation policy applies:

    • Cancellation made more than 30 days before the start of the booking: full refund
    • Cancellation made between 15 and 30 days before the start of the booking: 50% refund
    • Cancellation made less than 15 days before the start of the booking: no refund

b) For CO-living and CO-working bookings (only companie and retreat bookings, for single bookings look at 3a), the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellation made more than 3 month before the start of the booking: full refund
  • Cancellation made between 3 and 1,5 months in advance of the booking: 50% refund
  • Cancellation made less than 1,5 month before the start of the booking: no refund

4. Security Deposit
Upon check-in, a cash security deposit of €150 is required. This deposit serves as a guarantee against potential damages or violations and will be fully refunded upon proper check-out.

5. Changes and Amendments
Any changes or amendments to the booking must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and confirmation by CO-CO. CO-CO reserves the right to refuse any changes or amendments requested by the customer.


6. Liability and Disclaimer
CO-CO shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the property of the customer or for any personal injury or loss of life, unless such loss or damage is caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of CO-CO or its employees.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.


8. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: 14:00-20:00
Check-Out: until 11:00 AM

Late check-in is only possible by prior arrangement and costs an additional €20 upon confirmation. Late check-in is only possible until midnight. All later arrivals must arrive the following day.


9. Community guidlines:
To ensure a relaxed and respectful atmosphere, we have a few house rules. Since we live differently here in a co-living space compared to a hotel, Airbnb, or other accommodations, we kindly ask you to keep this in mind when booking.

  • Smoking is only permitted outside the house.
  • Late check-in is only possible by prior arrangement (until 0:00 h – later we can’t manage a check-in). We charge €20.
  • Only guests aged 21 and over are allowed. Bookings made by or with minors will be cancelled.
  • No glass bottles or glassware are allowed in the pool area. Please use plastic or shatterproof cups only.
  • Always lock the entrance gate and the front door.
  • In case of key loss, a fee to cover replacement costs will be charged.
  • A security deposit of €150 in cash is due upon check-in.
  • The air conditioning may only be used when doors and windows are closed and when someone is present in the respective room. Otherwise, we reserve the
    right to charge an additional fee of €5 per day.
  • Visit by friends. For sure, you can invite friends to the place. For extra guests, who are only permitted after prior agreement, a fee of €25 per night will be charged. Please inform also your COlivers min. 24h before arrival that someone will join the group.
  • Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.


10. Behaviour
Let’s keep it friendly and respectful – for everyone. Not following the house rules may result in an early goodbye (without refund).

Discrimination of any kind has no place here. Everyone is welcome – no matter their background, identity, or religion. We’re all here to live, laugh, and enjoy the good energy together.

COlivers & COworkers are kindly asked to maintain cleanliness in shared areas and to follow the community guidelines.
While a House Facilitator is available on-site to assist with check-ins, check-outs, and helping to organize activities, this role does not include responsibilities such as cleaning, kitchen maintenance, or general housekeeping. To help keep our spaces comfortable for everyone, we offer professional cleaning services once a week in private rooms. However, guests are expected to handle daily tidying themselves in order to support a respectful and enjoyable co-living environment.


11. COworking
The coworking space is accessible daily from 08:00 AM to 07:00 PM. Before and after these hours, coworking guests are not permitted on the premises.
We also offer extra monitors (3€ p.d. and 50€ deposit)

The daily, weekly, and monthly pass includes the following services:

  • Complimentary coffee

  • Tap drinking water

  • Wi-Fi

  • Various indoor and outdoor workspaces:

    • Focus room

    • Table in the Naya

    • Large wooden table on the outdoor deck

    • Counter in the outdoor kitchen

    • Seating area on the wooden deck

    • Standing table in the garden

    • Wooden table on the terrace between the pool area and the main house

    • coworking restroom

Please note: All other areas of the property are not included in the coworking pass.
Unauthorized use of additional areas will result in: immediate removal from the coworking space an additional fee of €30 per day

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
CO-CO reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website.
By using the services of CO-CO, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
