Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope of Application
    The following Terms and Conditions govern the terms for the use of the services provided by NewWork Dénia S.L. (hereinafter referred to as “NewWork”). These terms apply to all customers who use the services of NewWork, in particular for the booking of CO-living and CO-working services.
  2. Booking and Payment
    All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by NewWork. The customer must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. Payment for the services must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
  3. Cancellation Policy
    a) For CO-living and CO-working bookings (only single bookings, for companies and retreats look at 3b), the following cancellation policy applies:
    • Cancellation made more than 30 days before the start of the booking: full refund
    • Cancellation made between 15 and 30 days before the start of the booking: 50% refund
    • Cancellation made less than 15 days before the start of the booking: no refund
    • Cancellation made more than 3 month before the start of the booking: full refund
    • Cancellation made between 3 and 1,5 months in advance of the booking: 50% refund
    • Cancellation made less than 1,5 month before the start of the booking: no refund

b) For CO-living and CO-working bookings (only companie and retreat bookings, for single bookings look at 3a), the following cancellation policy applies:

  1. Changes and Amendments
    Any changes or amendments to the booking must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and confirmation by NewWork. NewWork reserves the right to refuse any changes or amendments requested by the customer.
  2. Liability and Disclaimer
    NewWork shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the property of the customer or for any personal injury or loss of life, unless such loss or damage is caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of NewWork or its employees.
  3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
  4. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
    NewWork reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website.

By using the services of NewWork, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
